We are seeking a Medical Assistant Instructor to provide hands-on education to students at our medical assistant school.
Using your experience, you will teach students the necessary skills to succeed as entry-level assistants.
Join us in molding and shaping the future of this exciting field! Zollege is currently searching for a Part-Time Medical Assistant Instructor to join the Lake Jackson team! The working hours for this position is held on Saturdays from 7am - 6 pm Additionally, monthly Zoom meetings are held in the evenings.
Hourly Rate:
$20-24/hour
Responsibilities:
Prepare for each class by reviewing our curriculum that we provide for each instructor, which may utilize lab stations.
Demonstrate dental skills/procedures and assist students as they practice hands-on in the lab.
Evaluate individual/group performance and make any necessary adjustments to meet student learning needs.
Enforce classroom management and ensure that safety precautions are adhered to.
Ability to convey curriculum and pertinent skills via lecture and hands-on demonstrations.
Emailing, printing, scanning, troubleshooting, connecting to WiFi, and other basic computer abilities are required Requirements:
High school diploma or GED (Required) 5
years of recent medical assistant or chair-side experience (Required) CPR/BLS certification (Highly Preferred) A passion for helping others achieve their personal goals.
