Evolution Fitness is currently seeking a dynamic Front Desk Manager.
The Front Desk Manager position is seen as an integral position, and plays a vital role within the team as they are the face of the facility whose main goal is to deliver the Evolution Fitness experience to the members and community.
As part of the leadership team, the Front Desk Manager will manage the daily operations, including member experience, membership sales, and all front desk operations.
The ideal candidate is energetic and enthusiastic, has excellent communication skills, is able to overcome objections, and has a willingness to grow our thriving membership community.
Proficiency in Health & Fitness is a plus.
The Front Desk Manager is a highly trusted individual with access to sensitive and confidential information.
The role requires the utmost professionalism, tact and discretion, while maximizing sales/profitability, streamlining front desk operations, and supporting recruitment/optimal staffing within the front desk.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients.
Provide and maintain a high level of customer service.
Provide effective decision making regarding customer service issues.
Must have the ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns.
Ensures that all front desk systems are followed such as proper member Check-in, Telephone inquires (general and sales related), guest registration, cash handling, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, change request and document scanning.
Training and development for all front desk staff not limited to role-playing, skill audits, and regular staff meetings.
Member issue resolution.
Meet and exceed sales goals as established by the Sales Manager.
Conduct facility tours with new prospects to build rapport to facilitate sales.
Be knowledgeable about products, programs and pricing.
Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota.
Responsible for making juice bar products during shift (example:
smoothies, bowls, toasts, etc.
) Assists with maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting environment.
Other duties assigned.
Skills and Requirements:
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition.
Passion for health and wellness.
Team player (must always lead by example).
Experience leading and managing others.
Sales experience is a must.
Knowledge with Microsoft office products and general computer skills.
