We grow, process, and sell premium moringa, an incredibly versatile superfood.
Our goal is to become the first major commercial grower of moringa in the U.
S.
and to make Base 3 Farms moringa a common household product.

Support the founding team and Farm Lead by executing tasks, assignments, and projects relating to agricultural operations Time Commitment :
20 hours per week Compensation :

1 year of experience working on a production farm Possibility for future growth opportunities within the company Work
Responsibilities:
? Support in the running and management of the day to day farm work including planting, harvesting, washing, and drying.
Planning weekly priories through regular meetings with the Farm Lead and Director of Agriculture and various tasks as assigned ? Contribute to the development of improved operations through routines, processes, checklists, record keeping, farming techniques, and farm infrastructure projects.
Take on responsibilities from the Farm Lead as you grow in understanding and comfortability of the farm operations.
Maintain and meet all food safety and organic farming requirements on the farm Various tasks as assigned Position requirements:
Must possess a strong desire to work in a startup farm environment Committed to personal growth and a strong sense of accountability, consistency, and care Having a clear understanding of your personal communication Ability to take the initiative, drive for results, and work independently.
