As a Sales Accociate, you'll become a valuable contributor to the retail team by driving sales, building relationships, and helping to fulfill our Misasion To create the most enjoyable shopping experience possible for our Guests.
Additionally, Sales Associate's perform a variety of retail sales , merchandising and operational tasks assigned by Store Management (ex.
cashiering, merchandise display, register procedures, and routine cleaning of facilities).

SALES GENERATION AND GUEST SERVICE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
Great Guests with friendly, engaging attitude, and is consistently perpared to provide service to each Guest.
Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise.
Recommend, select and help locate or obtain merchandise based on Guest needs and desires.
Anticipate and fulfill Guest's needs by suggesting additional items and creating a wardrobing experience.
Maintain and share knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
Achieve personal sales-per-hour, average sales and total net sales goals set by Store Management.
Help Guests try on or fit merchandise.
Check out and bag merchandise.
Maintain and build good Guest relationships to develop a client based business.
Consistently perform leadership actions and maintain high standards, whether or not the Manager is present.
Qualifications:
Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes evenings, and weekends based upon store and business needs.
Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
Open and close cash registers, perform tasks such as counting money, balancing cash drawers, and making deposits.
Consistently maintain a clean, organized and shoppable store.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Ability to stay organized, give attention to detail, follow instructions and multi-task in a professional and efficient manner.
Work hours for this position depending on scheduling are Monday thru Friday (4pm to 8pm), Saturdays two shifts (10am to 3pm, and 3pm to 8pm), Sundays one shift (12pm to 6pm).
Position is hourly pay plus commissions on sales.
