Now, we're looking for a dynamic individual to oversee the management of our used car inventory across two franchises.
Key
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the entire used car operation for both franchises.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance inventory turnover, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
Appraise and price inventory, ensuring competitive market pricing.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure optimal sales performance.
Maintain a thorough understanding of current market trends, ensuring our inventory meets demand.
Coordinate with the marketing team on promotions, advertisements, and special events.
Ensure compliance with all company policies, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to vehicle sales.
Provide training, mentoring, and support to the sales team.
Handle customer complaints and issues related to used car sales.
Qualifications:
Strong understanding of the automotive market and current trends.
Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to make data-driven decisions and sound judgments.
Proficiency in using automotive inventory software.
Must possess a valid driver's license.
