As a Sales Associate, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, helping them find the perfect pieces to complement their style.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations.
Showcase in-depth knowledge of our jewelry and handbag collections.
Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Assist with visual merchandising to ensure an appealing store presentation.
Participate in inventory management tasks, including restocking and conducting inventory counts.
Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends to better assist customers.
Qualifications:
Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
Passion for fashion, jewelry, and handbags.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude.
Reliable and punctual.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed.
