Posting Text Job Summary/Basic Function:
Reports to the Dean, Planning, Institutional Effectiveness, and Research:
Handling incoming calls with professionalism, answering, providing information, and directing calls to the appropriate person; Schedules meetings and takes notes/minutes in meetings; Researching, gathering, and analyzing data from various sources to support departmental initiatives and decision-making; Performing accurate data entry and managing electronic records to ensure efficient department operations; Plans events and assists with set-up and break-down Maintains departmental budget, arranges travel, and reconciles department Pro Cards; Maintains files; Procuring office supplies to ensure the availability of necessary materials for departmental functions; Contributing to the maintenance and updating of the department website, ensuring accurate and current content; Physical Demands:

Qualifications:
The minimum qualifications of this position are:

High school diploma or equivalent required; Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook; Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; Possess excellent organizational skills; Two years' experience in performing office duties and working with the public; Knowledge and skills associated with databases; Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in managing diverse tasks, including the willingness to take on other duties as assigned.
